Returns

We accept returns up to 30 Days after the date of delivery. Your item must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must be free of stains, odors or damage due to misuse.
  • Original receipt or proof purchase required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Pillows that are personalized or customized.
  • Final sale and clearance items are those purchased at a reduced price.

Refunds

We will inspect your item and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please Note:

  • The shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Your refund may be reduced if your order included free return shipping.

Exchanges

We will replace any defective or damaged products at no extra cost. To initiate an exchange, contact our support team within seven days after delivery.

Return Processing

  2. Please wait for our team to approve and send you instructions.
  3. Send the item back with a tracking shipping service.
  4. We will refund or exchange your order once we receive it.

Refunds that are late or missing
